A hand grenade-shaped canine poop bag precipitated a stir at an Oregon center college, forcing college students to evacuate inside as a bomb squad investigated.

The McMinnville Police Division mentioned in a Fb put up on Wednesday that officers responded to an area center college at 10:35 a.m. Monday for a possible hand grenade on college grounds.

Authorities mentioned they discovered the alleged hand grenade in a grass area close to the college’s working monitor, away from any college buildings.

Arriving officers secured the world and contacted the Oregon State Police Bomb Squad as college students had been required to attend safely indoors.

The division mentioned that they used a drone to get close-up photographs of the obvious hand grenade whereas conserving a protected distance from the suspected explosive.

“After reviewing the pictures, the merchandise was decided to be a canine waste bag dispenser that’s manufactured to resemble a hand grenade,” the put up mentioned.

The merchandise was faraway from college property and common college actions resumed, the division mentioned.
