Evidently people have misplaced all motive;
An excessive amount of fondness for the cup let’s
Readers converse their thoughts in couplets –
The letters web page simply bought a lot worse:
The goddam letters all in verse!
So cork the bottle, take a vow
To fix our methods and examine how
To say goodbye to poet’s pose
And be taught anew to jot down in prose.
