A 34-year-old man and a 38-year-old girl face almost a dozen mixed costs associated to a drug-trafficking investigation in Scarborough.

Toronto Police opened an investigation into alleged drug trafficking within the Teesdale Place-Pharmacy Ave. space on Jan. 4.

Police alleged that there have been folks trafficking numerous unlawful medicine within the space.

Final Saturday at about 7 p.m., officers executed a search warrant and arrested a person and a lady at a residence within the space.

Police allege the male suspect was in possession of a loaded handgun and narcotics.

Whereas executing the warrant, officers recovered two firearms, ammunition, medicine and different objects.
