Murcia regional authorities has began work to stop the flooding which plagues El Mojón on the coast of San Pedro del Pinatar.
The mission is designed to stop streets and homes from changing into inundated every time there may be torrential rain, and run-off from inland pours down in direction of the Mediterranean shore.
