In a report revealed on Friday, titled Enhancing Defence Stock Administration, the cross-party panel stated it was “sceptical” in regards to the Ministry of Defence’s (MoD) means, by its £2.5 billion enterprise modernisation programme, to unravel the problems “given each its patchy monitor report and staffing gaps of round 25% within the related programmes”.
