The U.N. Safety Council will reconvene Wednesday in its newest try and cross a decision calling for a halt within the combating in Gaza. The vote has been postponed twice this week whereas diplomats attempt to safe U.S. assist. In the meantime, U.N. officers have expressed rising dismay about Gaza’s hospitals, which they described as “overwhelmed” with households and besieged by shelling.
