In a significant shake as much as the UK’s voting guidelines, from January 16 all British residents
abroad who’ve beforehand been resident or registered to vote within the UK will probably be
eligible to vote in British Parliamentary elections, whatever the size of time that they
have lived overseas.
This removes the earlier 15-year restrict.
