Former Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) mentioned Wednesday on ABC’s The View” that she would by no means vote for former President Donald Trump and didn’t rule out voting for incumbent President Joe Biden.
Cheney mentioned, “I feel that the Republican get together itself is clearly so caught up on this cult of character that it’s very arduous to think about that the get together can survive. I feel more and more it’s clear that when we get by 2024, we’re going to need to have one thing else, one thing new. I consider the nation has to have a celebration that’s based mostly on conservative ideas and values — the place we will interact with the Democrats on substance and on coverage.”
She added, “I feel post-2024 election, we’re going to see simply an enormous tectonic shift in our politics.”
Co-host Pleasure Behar mentioned, “If it got here all the way down to Biden v. Trump, would you vote for Biden?”
Cheney mentioned, “I’m not going to endorse anyone in the present day. And I feel that, once more, we don’t know precisely what the selection will likely be. I’d say that I’ll by no means vote for Donald Trump. There are some conservatives who’re making an attempt to make this declare that one way or the other Biden is a much bigger threat than Trump. My view is, I disagree with quite a lot of Joe Biden’s insurance policies. We are able to survive unhealthy insurance policies. We can not survive torching the Structure.
