An explosion at a furniture-making facility within the Azerbaijani capital, Baku, set off a fireplace that left widespread destruction and no less than three individuals useless. Dozens have been reported injured as rescue employees rushed to assist survivors out of the rubble. Authorities stated an investigation had been launched into whether or not security violations had led to the catastrophe.
