Russian officers say 74 folks died when a navy transport aircraft crashed within the Belgorod area on January 24. The toll, based on Moscow, contains 65 Ukrainian prisoners of battle who had been heading to a prisoner trade. Russia has accused Ukraine of downing the aircraft. However the reason for the crash and the dying toll haven’t been independently confirmed, and Ukrainian officers say Russia’s accusations are supposed to sow additional instability.
