Italy’s Carabinieri navy police on Tuesday unveiled Saetta, a remote-controlled robotic canine which initially shall be assigned to the bomb squad in Rome.

The four-legged robotic will be operated to a most distance of 150 metres and shall be used for high-risk reconnaissance actions and hostile operational conditions.
